今日も雪！

It's snowing again!



朝の気温はマイナス4度！

The outside temp was -4℃ in the morning!



これはしばらく動けないなぁ。

I will stuck here for a while...



クマが裏庭に遊びに行ったら、危うく遭難しかかったよ…。

The bear was almost lost at the backyard...



まぁ、雪が降っていてもこっちには四駆がある！

Even though I could not ride Esperanza, Friedel has a 4x4!

ケンルまで走る。

We went for shopping in Cologne.

雪のケルン大聖堂。なかなかの風情だけど、寒い。

Cathedral of Cologne, it looks good in snow, but it was so cold...



ケルンでは買い物を。

In Cologne I was looking for...

日本の実家にビーサンを置き忘れてしまったのだ。宿でシャワー後にはビーサンがないと不便だからフレッド宅を出る前に買いたいのだけれど、ドイツはまだまだ寒く誰もビーサンなんか買わないのか何処にも置いていない。

A pair of flip flops. I left a pair in Japan... It comes very handy especially in a shower room of the hostels. I wanted to buy it, but in Germany it's still to cold! None of the stores carries it in stock.

そこでネットで検索してケルンのハバイアナ取扱店に行ってみた。

Then I surfed on the net and found a store in Cologne carrying Havaianas products.

が、しかし、シーズン前だから置いていない、と。ありゃりゃ。

But they did not have any in stock as it's still off season...

スポーツ用品店なら有るかも、との助言に従っていってみたら、有った！

The staff told us we might find it at a sports shop. Then as advised, we found it!

ハバイアナではないけど、まあまあしっかりした造り。これで今回の旅の間はもちそうだな(盗まれなければ、の話だが…)。

It wasn't Havaianas but it was pretty good one and it should last for this trip (if it won't be stolen!).

フレッドとアンドレアの買い物も済ましてから家に戻る。

Once we've done with the shopping, we drove back home.



雪はますます積もっていく…。

The snow was piling up even more...



今日は向かいの家のアンカさんの誕生日だとのことで、お祝いに行ってみた。

It's the birthday of Anka, the neighbour of Friedel, today, so we went to her place to celebrate!

アンカさんとは初対面なんだけど、旦那さんのフランツには去年工具を頂いたり、パニアの歪みを治してもらったりしたのだ。

It was the first time for me too meet Anka, but Franz, her husband, helped me with fixing my pannier and gave me a tool last year.

「今日が誕生日なんだけど、パーティーは金曜日だから来てね！」、とお招きを頂きました！

"It's my birthday today but the party will be on Friday evening, and you are invited!", said Anka.

本当はエスペランサが準備出来ているので早目に出発したいのだけれど、この分だと早くて日曜日の出発になるから、お言葉に甘えて参加させて頂こう、と。

Actually I wanted to get started with my trip as soon as Esperanza is ready, but due to the weather, it looks like I'll be here till this weekend. So I will join the party!

こう雪が降っていると何も出来ない。

As it's snowing, we could not do much...

こんな時には室内の娯楽に限る！ってことでハインツとキャシーも誘ってボーリング大会！

Well, let's do some indoor activities! We went to a Ten Pin Bowling centre! Heinz and Kath joined us too!



何年振りのボーリングだろう？

It's been a long time since I played bowling...



あんまりボーリングは上手ないんだけど、最初のゲームはまぐれストライクから始まり、ダブルストライクも出してワシが勝利！

I'm not a good player but somehow with a luck, I started the game with Strike, and later I got Double Strikes, that made me a winner!

が、しかし、2回目は普段通り乱調で2位。

But at the 2nd game, I was back to normal and I came 2nd... Heinz won the 2nd game and scored highest in total.

ドイツ人はボーリングも的確に正確に投げるのか、と思ったけれど、そうでもない。フレッドなんかパワーがあるのにメチャクチャだからスコアが全然伸びないし！

I thought all Germans would play bowling in very precise manner but everyone played in their styles! Friedel has strength but he was throwing ver roughly, so his score was not good...



バイクで旅を再開するバズなのにドイツで遊んでいる三郎でした。

I was supposed to be riding down south, but having fun in Germany.

まぁ、旅は楽しむのに限るからね。これでイイのだ！

Well, as long as I have fun, that's all right :-)
